Jessica Holt is a 22 year old from the Australian city of Melbourne, Jessica is a singer/songwriter who can play multiple genres including Pop, Acoustic and Folk music and her sound has been described as Earthy, Organic tones.

Jessica has been playing all around Melbourne and just before this was written Jessica played at the World’s Annual Easter Music Festival where she played a 45 minute set on Day 4 of the five day festival that was held in Melbourne’s Southbank, Jessica also played an acoustic show earlier in the month to raise funds for the charity Variety and in June she will be supporting The Voice contestant Lakyn Heper when he performs at the Elsternwick Hotel.

Jessica’s EP is currently in New York being mastered before it’s release which is expected to be around the middle of this year but the good news is that a single will be released before the EP so more people than ever can listen to and then enjoy Jessica’s music but fans and the generally curious can listen to a demo of her song ‘Don’t Fall Behind’ which is an original composition and it is available as part of this article.

With her great vocals and her great work ethic, it is easy to see why Jessica Holt is today’s ‘Artist of the Day’.
