Can you believe that in a few days time we’ll be putting online our fourth episode of Youth Music Alive, we’ve come a long way from January 5 when we had nothing but a shell of an idea and although we had three years experience when working on Aussie Talent Showcase there was no guarantee for success but to our delight most of our supporters from the ATS days jumped aboard and new supporters came in and by the time YMA 1×01 was launched we were well underway.

The buildup to Episode 2 was at times really tense because you don’t know if you would match or succeed the efforts of the first episode but shortly after the release of the episode our fears were put to rest because the views and likes as well as comments took off and we knew we had the right show setup and it is always a great feeling when you know you got the right setup because you don’t have to make hasty changes and you can instead of focusing on delivering the show correctly instead of thinking of all the new stuff that has to be put into the show.

Episode 3 was another great episode that didn’t take long to put together because we had people offering to participate so more than a week was spent just getting YMA News all sorted for the show and that is one of my favourite segments of the show because not only do we show four great artists videos but also talk about several other performers in the news as well and that is beneficial for everyone.

The website is something that has allowed us to do more too, we aim to average about two articles a day on the happenings of people around the world, there is so many people that are either recording, performing or writing at the same time that the average of two a day is very achievable and we hope to maintain the pace well into the future rain, hail or shine, we don’t copy and paste statuses from pages but we look at a variety of sources and then write an article that fits everything in.

Now some of you might be wondering why I (Ryan) don’t say much apart from doing episodes, posting news and thanking people the main reason is that I don’t believe it is right of me to get into the personal lives of those who are on the show or page etc for example if somebody wants me to post their music I would do that all day long but I will not be commenting on people’s looks or their personal lives because it is not my place to and it wouldn’t look right although if somebody asks me what I think then I would give an answer but nothing too over the top.

My main fear is appearing creepy, I have to admit that when I see men commenting on people’s pages it makes me uncomfortable when they use words like beautiful and showing hearts etc, I believe that unless it’s a relative that shouldn’t happen at all, I know this point of view will be controversial but I believe that people should conduct themselves properly like they would in reality for example a guy wouldn’t go up to a girl in reality and say she is beautiful, that’s a parents job or somebody the performers own age job, basically I am pleading for all young performers to be aware what is said on your page.

Don’t forget everyone that you can comment on this blog and any article you want by registering which is located on the main page and then just sign in and say what you want to say, you can also fill in the Contact Us form if you need us for anything, there is also sharing options on each article if you want to share it around on social media.

Thank you everyone for reading this blog, hope to see you next time
